Absolutely the best customer service while I was dealing with a tough time. Was able to help, and very thankful he was the one to take care of me and my needs. He needs a raise!
No other insurance companies were willing to help me find a reasonable rate.. Miguel Pineda, Manager at Cost-U-Less in Petaluma was the only one who was willing to help me immediately to get a rate that was acceptable to me . We solved my problems within a few hours. All documents were signed, sealed and delivered right away. All staff in the office were very nice and friendly. I would recommend Cost-U-Less to anyone.
