Wow, I'm so glad we listened & we went to Cost u less Carpets Ed is amazing, he goes seriously above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. We had a few bumps in the road with some minor confusions in the carpet. However those issues got resolved Ed personally came over & he took care of the problem. Using Cost U Less Carpets was a wonderful experience for us. Ed was very helpful and things were explained nicely for every step of the process. There was great communication including emails and personal phone calls to make sure we were satisfied. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the final outcome.
I had been miss-quoted by a local carpet company and it was a bad experience. When I explained the details to Ed, He pulled all the punches to simply propose an offer too good to refuse and even let me take the swatches home so my wife could select exactly which color she wanted. We brought them back and his team was exceptional, quick, and his the first price he offered was better than at least 7 competitors I wont name. Don't waste your time.
