As Cost Roofing’s Corky Pilat is well aware; Cost Roofing was hired by our insurance company to do an appraisal on our roof, and subsequently Cost Roofing additionally informed our insurance company that Cost Roofing would be willing to complete the repairs per the Insurance company claim’s scope and within the village’s guidelines.... read more

Poor work ethic and quality work, bought a house just recently. Personally know the homeowner who lived here before me and what work was done by this company probably 10 years ago. They were supposed to add vents under the soffit, they did not and just covered the wood with soffit and fascia. The real kicker is they were supposed to wrap a large bay window on the exterior of the house.
