storage I was looking for short term storage for about 6 mnths, this facility made me a great deal, and no B.S., they had the size I was looking for at the best price in boise and I did not have to buy their lock and no deposits, would rent their again, nice managers too.
Great value, Great Business – Great experience with this company. They are professional and very accommodating. They outline all their expectations in your contract so you and the business are both protected. Well worth the drive.
Bad business – Nowhere in the contract does it indicate that you must pay 30 days at a time it only indicates you must pay in advance and that you must give 14 days written notice of moving out. We gave 15 days written notice of moving out and they insisted we pay for a full 30 days. Essentially they could double dip by having us pay for an empty storage unit while selling it to someone else.
