This was our second job we have had done by Cost Less. We were on the hinge with a home purchase and they had a quick turn around that helped us get the upstairs carpet completed two days after our move in date. They pulled my fanny out of the fire by actually keeping stock of tile on hand. If you need materials on short notice, this is your place! I cannot speak for installation as I have not used them for that, but for someone doing their own work they are Pleasant to deal with and well-supplied, which goes a long way in a contractor's world
I wish I had read these reviews before we hired them. We had them install new carpets, tile, backsplash in our home that was being built in May. The workers left their personal and work trash around our new home, even though there was a dumpster on site 20' away. Had to have them come fix the countertop because it warped near the dishwasher. After several months of contacting them to fix carpet thresholds (sharp carpet staples are poking up) and grout issues, no one has responded. Very unhappy with their work ethic.
The personal are friendly, efficient and very helpful! Will purchase from them time and time again!
