They pulled my fanny out of the fire by actually keeping stock of tile on hand. If you need materials on short notice, this is your place! I cannot speak for installation as I have not used them for that, but for someone doing their own work they are Pleasant to deal with and well-supplied, which goes a long way in a contractor's world
I wish I had read these reviews before we hired them. We had them install new carpets, tile, backsplash in our home that was being built in May. The workers left their personal and work trash around our new home, even though there was a dumpster on site 20' away. Had to have them come fix the countertop because it warped near the dishwasher. After several months of contacting them to fix carpet thresholds (sharp carpet staples are poking up) and grout issues, no one has responded. Very unhappy with their work ethic.
Not happy with these guys, I ordered 2-12x16 foot rolls of vinyl , go pick it up, take it to the job, carry it up 3 flights of stairs, roll it out and these jack asses cut me 2- 12x12 pieces, wtf am I supposed to do with this yuh fkn numb nuts, so I go back down there to get what I ordered and these dbags charge me a extra 65 bucks, wtf, okay I'll be back with the 65 bucks, hope it's worth the thousands that I would have spent over the years to come because not only will I never spend another penny in your backwards ass I ca... read more
Will never work with these guys again. Ordered two cuts of vinyl couldn't even get that right then after I burn an hour and a half of my time they actually wanted to charge me the difference. Plenty of other intelligent stores in town to go to I always like helping out the underdog but now I know why they're the underdog.
