They was piss poor at communicating and not very professional dragged their feet for about a week . Before they even got back to me and then they said my documents wasn't good enough ... I think they are taking and selling our information and probably trying to use it back in Mexico !!!
Bought a 2011 Toyota Prius from them. They promised the vehicle was safe to drive. Claimed they test drove it for a minimum of 700 miles. It was not safe as it needed a brake booster and master cylinder replacement. They refuse to repair a vehicle that was deemed unsafe back in September by Toyota Albany. If they did drive it for 700 miles, I find it hard to belive that they didn't know about this problem.
