Poor customer service, always letting senior employees go, I was told it is because they don't want to give vacations or raises. Sure prices are lower, but how about loyalty to their employees. I get to know a parts man that seems to really know cars, next thing I know I hear he was fired....Hmmmmm?????????
Great service! Needed wipers on my car yesterday in the horrible rain! Guy who helped ran out there IN THE RAIN, told me to sit in my car so I wouldn't get wet and installed my new wipers for me! Thanks so much!
Great service, better prices – This is one of the most unique auto parts stores I have been to. It is HUGE. They have tons of staff, tons of products and great prices. I was able to get Fel-Pro gaskets cheaper than anywhere else in town. All of these reviews don't make any sense with what I saw. They have the same or better brands than everyone else, at lower prices and with a better selection. The staff was excellent and knew their stuff. It took one visit and I will be a long time customer, I just wish it was less busy.
Horrible Service. – They tell you one price and when they recieve it they jack up the price! Do not go there they lie. They told us the cost would be $42 for this part and when they got it they charged over $70. They had to order it 4 times before they got the right one and everytime you will have to go down and figure out if its the right one. Waste of gas and time. the coustomer is never right – I bought spark plugs from them. Two of them broke an hour away from home leaving me stranded two weeks after the install. The night manager had nothing to say expect we don't warranty spake plugs and told me I must have broke them. I told him the manufacturer has a warranty and he walked away from me and wouldn't answer my questions. I have never had a problem with Plugs blowing up, in fact I have never had them break at all.
