Best staff and parts Cost Less is such a great store to have in our area. The staff knows what they are talking about and can help you even if you don't know what might be the problem. They have tools that you can rent or check out if you don't have the right tool and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. We always go to Cost Less first when we have a need for our cars. If they don't have what you need on hand they are able to get it very quickly!

cheap but watch out These guys will have the cheapest auto parts around but make sure you take the old part in before you buy. Most of the time they give you the wrong part and you need to make 2 trips.

Poor customer service, always letting senior employees go, I was told it is because they don't want to give vacations or raises. Sure prices are lower, but how about loyalty to their employees. I get to know a parts man that seems to really know cars, next thing I know I hear he was fired....Hmmmmm?????????

Great service! Needed wipers on my car yesterday in the horrible rain! Guy who helped ran out there IN THE RAIN, told me to sit in my car so I wouldn't get wet and installed my new wipers for me! Thanks so much!

Constantly Disappointed I have quit shopping here period...Seems like every time I go in I get some new guy that doesnt know anything and has to go get someone else to help them help me..I recently was helped by "ALEX" and man was I very disappointed when I found out this guy has been around for awhile. He literally could not tell me a spark plug gap for a 5.7 small block v8...He could barely look up an oil filter and overall his automotive knowledge was absolutely unacceptable..I was given several torque specs that were not... read more

Great service, better prices – This is one of the most unique auto parts stores I have been to. It is HUGE. They have tons of staff, tons of products and great prices. I was able to get Fel-Pro gaskets cheaper than anywhere else in town. All of these reviews don't make any sense with what I saw. They have the same or better brands than everyone else, at lower prices and with a better selection. The staff was excellent and knew their stuff. It took one visit and I will be a long time customer, I just wish it was less busy.

costless gets it done if you need a part and they dont have it they will have it in a day or to cost less get it done if you need a part and they dont have it they will have a day or to and if you order it in the evening it will be there the next day they have good customer skills and yes they get busy and there prices are good

great place this is really a great place honest people that giv great service.. they make sure you get what you need if they dont have it they will get it for you...oh and if there is no way they can get a part they are not selfish they will tell you where you can get it... they are really great and i will recomend them to anyone..
