So we called this company to fix our dishwasher that wouldn't start. We explained that the door latch mechanism had broke and the dishwasher had ceased to function. Their repair tech came out, took a look, ordered the door latch button and came out today (June 25, 2020) to replace the latch. Only after he replaced the latch did he discover that the control pad didn't work either and, too bad for us, the control pads aren't made for our model any longer. Nice job using the turn lane to circumvent an entire line of cars at a traffic light where an accident had just taken place in the intersection in front of the mall. You then wove around the accident that emergency services hadn't even gotten to yet so you could run the red light, potentially compounded an already bad situation.
