Made the appointment online, and Suong greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I walked straight to the chair and he immediately started cutting my hair. Suong did a fantastic job--He moved around with a mechanical efficiency and a soft touch! I just moved to this side of town, and I'm so glad I found a place that's right around the corner!
I am very satisfied with the service of Cost Cutter on Louis Henna Blvd. I went there At around 5:35 PM just before their closing time 6 PM. A lady named Chi did such a wonderful job with my hair cut, feel like she knows what she is doing.
Chi was great per usual.
