The Cost Cutters on West Road are the best. I have tried several different stylists. They are all good. I especially like the Tuesday hair cut special. 7/30. I went again to this shop as a walk-in. I received a good haircut and excellent service. 10/1 Still great! 1/25/25 Again I went there as a walk-in and received top notch service. Always good service! i had Tulia this time. I was hesitant to leave this review but if I were considering coming to this place I would want to know.. my regular stylist is on hiatus so I came here..I came in and showed the stylist pictures of the haircut I wanted from my previous haircut and what I got is nothing like that. I said I wanted it just like the first pic, only a couple of inches shorter in the longest lengths and I wanted to keep it below my shoulders.
