Took my mom to get haircut, her hair turned out great because she wanted short hair. I have a very long hair, I asked to cut it a bit short she did good with short but it ended up coming out extremely choppy after layers and my hair aren't at all even, I didn't notice until my friend pointed it out. I'm devastated and have to wear my hair up now. I have a big and important event on Sunday and I can't even wear it down. They never offered a refund.

They are always nice and friendly. Especially Milly and Rita. They are the best. love them .
Brought my son there for a haircut. He was supposed to have Milly but ended up with a male believe he is the manager. While being rung out he was highly rude and non customer friendly.
