Had a great experience here! First time having my hair cut by a professional in 5 years, booking online was super easy and the haircut itself was straightforward and looks great.
Had a reservation, waited 20 minutes, and wasn't even acknowledged! Lousy customer service like they didnt have time to even ask myname. And, two of the haircutter out of three,walk to the back room to take their break. I walked out. Sad really. Millis store is the worst!
