I frequent Cost Cutters at the Colonial Plaza in Canfield, Ohio. I am so fortunate to have Michelle Z as my hair stylist. Michelle is a wonderful young woman, understanding, pleasant, kind, and a joyful person who always has a great big smile. Add to that her experience and knowledge of hair styling and her ability to make even an old man like me look good, you come up with an unbeatable combination of the skills and personality to be the best stylist ever. Thank you Michelle for all you do!

I will never go back to this shop, my stylist was Hannah. She told me I needed to grow my hair a little longer for the style I wanted. Therefore she wouldn't cut the back. My hair is so short, I cannot curl it even with the smallest iron. I ended going to Cost Cutters in Austintown to have someone even out my chopped hair. I have to wear a hat when I go anywhere. She couldn't curl it l because she was super busy. No customers came in the time I was there.

This salon is great! Top of its class! Marissa in particular is outstanding. An exceptional hair stylist with great conversational skills. I’ll be her client for life!
