I am so happy I found Cost Cutters. Joe in North Ridgeville is absolutely amazing. My hair always come out great and he is such a joy to hang with.
Joe was so funny and nice. Did a great job on my brows.
Joe did an awesome job. He’s very personable and I love my new haircut! He also had to start out with a massive mess, so he’s a miracle worker
Was very disappointed in my haircut. Did not cut my hair how I wanted it and left with one side shorter than the other. Asked if I can get it styled told me he could do it but another customer came in and he told me he couldn't do it. Will not be coming back
