I had such a great experience with Eli at Cost Cutters! She did an amazing job with both my haircut and highlights. She really listened to what I wanted, took her time, and made sure everything looked beautiful. I absolutely love how my hair turned out! Eli is very talented, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back!
