My experience at cost cutters was absolutely horrendous. I showed the lady a picture of exactly what I wanted and she said she could do it, but I walked out pretty much in tears. The woman cut my hair way too short and did not give me the style I asked for it’s pretty much her own haircut that’s on her head just a little longer. My daughter got a wash and deep condition otherwise she would have said something midway through or had her stop the service.
