“We don’t do appointments.” I tried calling a day in advance to make an appointment, since that’s how it works at other locations for quick services like a bang trim. But every time I call this location, they say, “We only do walk-ins.”!?!? I would understand if they were fully booked, but that’s not the case. Then the walk‑in wait ends up being 30+ minutes. This was immediately after my hair dye. I went back to let them know they missed a spot. Mind you I was told after that my hair was "that damaged and there wasnt really anything they could do about it". The blonde Pic was a before I went in. Its cheap to get hair dyed but it is cheap for a reason. If they are proud of their work they won't mind i put these pictures here. The brown is my natural virgin hair and isnt damaged at all. Elaine is hands down the most talented stylist on the planet. She is my mother, but I promise I am not biased. I live 1,200 miles away and refuse to let anyone else do my hair until I get a chance to sit down in her chair because she is very deliberate, efficient, and ensures you receive the services asked for.
