I was here about a week ago as a walk in.. Asked the girl if I could get my hair cut/styled said she then I was handed over to this guy. I asked him before I sat down if he knew how to do feathering or layers. He told me he yes... Wrong after the wash and cutting and drying to me it looked like all he did was take off the inches from the back (which I wanted) but that was it...
