Had a great experience, Jen was very nice, patience and knowledgeable. I love my new look
Apparently their websites scheduling overbooks them and this has been an issue for others and they can't seem to fix their website. At noon I got online and the site said they had open availability after 3pm. I scheduled a 3pm appt and got there at 2:55 and was told they wouldn't be able to see me until 5pm.

I saw Jen for a much needed consult and alot of service to be done with about 14 weeks since it was last done. I had surgery in April and that also created a mess for my hair as well as some dissatisfaction from getting my hair done in the past. This was my first time with Jen. She truly paid attention to what I was looking im color and style. I left there feeling vibrant and happy. I had so many compliments from home and at therapy.
I have been going to the same place for many years even before it had this name and they are awesome.
