Went in with a friend of mine and got the worst customer service. They were rude when we came in even though we made an appointment and the ladies were were making rude comments about having to dye a customers hair in front of the customer. As I walked out I looked at the customer and you can see a hurt look on her face. I will never go there again. I am leaving 5 stars in hopes this gets fixed.

So here is the deal on this place. I do not give the place a one star just one of the supposed licensed barbers or whatever you want to call it. Last name Pennington I believe....She will never cut my kids hair again. How is it that it takes someone that is supposed to know what they are doing an hour to cut a 5 yr olds hair and 40 mins to cut a 3 yr olds hair. Stopped in on Sunday 8/16 and there was a bit of a wait was told by the lady it would be about 30 mins. I said that was fine and had a seat. None of the 3 women that were working could be bothered to sign me in. As I was waiting a few people came in to which they stopped what they were doing to sign them in. They cut my hair horribly wrong. They cut it too short. I told the lady to put layers on the front side, but she didn't. Also, my hair cut was UNEVEN I didn't noticed until I got home because my hair was too damp. I really had a long hair and I told the lady that I wanted to donate, but she said I couldn't because I had layers. I searched on the donation website of pantene it said that as long as my longest hair is at least 8 inches it's fine. My hair was more than 18 inches long!!! Now my hair went to waste.
