Terrible experience!! Went in there to get my girls hair trimmed. I asked for 3-4 inches off and to mold in a soft V. She took off easily 6” off her hair and this is what she considered a soft V. When I told her the hair wasn’t even even, she argued it was. I wanted to cry!! It’ll take a very long time to fix her hair now. Plus had to go somewhere else and paid again to get it redone. Never again. Their staff is NOT trained. Seriously, my 6yr old cuts better hair than this place.
Such a great place. Consistent staff with established customers who are consistently satisfied. Always a great experience.
Around two weeks ago I brought my son in for a haircut before we went on a vacation. The next day I notice burn marks on the back of his head and sideburns. When I came home from the vacation I went and filled a complaint with the manager. She was nice and notified the owner for me and said the owner will call me. I have yet to receive a call, and it is aggravating because my son and I were the customers. I even told the manager he was screaming if the marks were touched and nothing.
