worst hair cut I have ever received in my life. I even picked a style from one of their books and the stylist still did a horrible job she didn't even look at what I picked . also very poor customer skills. women didn't offer to take my glasses then when I set them down she started lecturing me on how she carries her case with her and blahblahblah very disappointed and now I have to pay to get my hair fixed. I would have given them a negative five stars had there been the option to.
