Just returned from my weekly visit to the Grafton Cost Cutters. The girls there, Sara, Lea & Michelle, are great! I usually have Sara doing my hair, but have the others on occasion. I absolutely LOVE the shampoo Sara does. I feel like a new person. She is awesome with the hair styling too. If you are looking for a great salon I recommend the Grafton Cost Cutters! You won’t be disappointed!
I walked in last night for a haircut. It was about 6:15 pm. There was nobody in the salon at all. No customers in the chairs or the waiting area. I was told that they were booked solid and could not get me in. I mentioned that there were no customers in there at the time. The gal told me that I should have called ahead and then she walked away. I then left, went across the street to Great Clips and got an awesome haircut.
