I DONT LIKE THE HAIR DRYER DEARFER.
I asked for a trim for my shoulder length hair and to even it out, and the old lady (I don't know her name) did not do that. She completely cut down the back of my hair while leaving the top the same so now it looks oddly puffy, which is one of my old haircuts from around 5 years ago. I did not ask for that haircut, I only asked for a trim. All my other experiences with the other barbers here are good, but not her.
Awesome customer service. Haircut and color turned out beautiful! Store was very clean. Very impressed!
