The cosmetologists need to listen to the customers and not randomly decide to do a completely different cut/style.

Morgan was very proffesional...and listened to what we wanted.
Made a 5:20 appointment, didn't get in until 6:15. Person was slow and haircut was not that great. Didn't get a sorry, no discount for there mess up nothing. Manager was there and said and did nothing also. Didnt leave until 6:45. I then called owner to complain like the sign says to do and owner is drunk. He was slurring his words, very inappropriate and then says "what do you want done? What do you want me to do about it?" With an attitude. Really?!?!
If you can't even wax eyebrows correctly, I don't think I can trust you to even attempt anything else.
