I went to cost cutters to get my hair done; I needed a change and just a slight trim. I was impressed with Riley and how she asked me if this is what I wanted or if I preferred that over this, etc. I will be returning for when my hair needs to be done again AND I recommend her. She is younger but don’t let that scare you. She has a lot of talent.
I absolutely LOVE Cost Cutters! They have been able to accommodate my schedule. I get Brian to cut my hair! It helps getting the same person every time. He knows how I like my hair done. Thank you
