It's really frustrating when I go in for an eyebrow waxing and come out as if they were never waxed. I'm pretty sure Shanna if I'm not mistaken was the one who took care of me. I asked for a clean up on top and bottom and to be trimmed but I still have stragglers everywhere. This was a poor job done. I knew I should have went next door to get them done but I figured since I was getting my hair trimmed too, I would kill two birds with one stone.
