My husband made an appointment at 5:20 and they let a walk in go before him. I guess an appointment doesn't mean anything. We won't go back. People have crazy schedules, this is why we make appointments!
I walked in for my 520 appointment and they sat walk in front of me. All the employee could say was sorry. I walked out and asked what's the purpose of having appointments if you let walk in go before you. They didn't have an answer just stared at me. I will never go back to any cost cutters again.
They are the worst ever ! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! I really don't know who the fuck trained them ,a fuken blind man can do better!
