They chopped off all my hair when I just wanted a trim and my haircut is visibly uneven. I’ve made several attempts to get into contact with a customer service representative and haven’t heard anything back.
asked for a few layers and I get chopped. don't let the one with short dark hair cut your hair.... she's not good at all!!!! very disappointed never going back!
