Very friendly salon. Samantha did an awesome job on my haircut.

I'm curious as to when it became acceptable to over schedule yourself and then instead of making room for someone who called ahead before that day with an appointment, you just cancel their appointment with only a single email stating it was cancelled to make time for walk ins. Much less this appointment was cancelled 40 minutes before the scheduled time.
