I take my whole family here and love the ladies. We see Kelly and she is amazing. My 4 year old son won’t let anyone else cut his hair. I went in to get color, highlights and layers and I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and I love it. I have gotten many compliments. I also took my 10 year old niece to Kelly, my niece was super nervous because the colors that Kelly showed her didn’t look like what she wanted but ended up looking like more than she wanted! Horrible experience. Went in for a trim and got about a foot chopped off. Went in for layers and literally just got stripes on the back of my head. Not only did all of this go wrong, when I got home devastated, the front was about an inch off too. All my beautiful hair was chopped off, she didn't listen to me one bit and it is a very unsanitary place. The scissors don't get washed and my lady cut herself and didn't wash the blood off the scissor before using them on my hair again. Horrible place!!
