This salon has the worst customer service. The workers and especially the manager are very rude. I had gotten my hair dyed, and it ended up being a different color than I wanted, so I went back to get my hair color corrected, and the stylist was very mean wanted to charge me for correcting my hair color that she had messed up. I will not recommend this salon to anybody.
I bought a product here and MADE SURE I could return it within 30 days. I didn't like it; went back, and the same woman who assured me I could-the manager Misty-started yelling at me and said NO I Can't return it! WTF! I'm waiting to hear back from their customer service to resolve this.
