This place is horrible. I had an appointment at 11:45am today. I arrived and was told by the stylist that, basically, the appointment system means nothing. But, if I hang out a little while, they'll try and "squeeze me in." Wait, what??? I waited for almost an hour after my appointment time, while the stylists in the shop took walk-in customers before they served me. When I was paying, they couldn't even give me the correct receipt; they cashed me out as another customer.… See more
