I don’t get my hair done often so when I do it’s a huge treat for myself. My experience here completely ruined it. In no way is my hair what I wanted. Had to choose a different color because apparently there wasn’t enough for auburn. My hair looks no different than what it would with box dye. The haircut wasn’t straight. I just gotta say the manager here is one of the most loveliest lady I have ever met. I was having a bad day and I needed to get my hair cut to feel better. I can't thank her enough to be so understanding and considerate to other people's needs.
