Bad barber service. Doesn’t know how to do the job the right way. Wouldn’t cut my hair to clean it up to look good. Would only use electric razor shaver. It’s pretty obvious they don’t know what barber is doing

The one star is for service done today. My family have never had a problem with Cost Cutter untill today. My daughter went in today 2/14/18 on Wednesday because they have $7 waxing . My daughter asked for them to do just her chin for $7. My daughter had not seen The lady that attended her prior today . Anyways when she went to pay the lady charged her $14. My daughter questioned her why the charge was doubled, the lady said because she use 2 strips.There is nothing anywhere… See more

I went in to Cost Cutters for a very special hair cut. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy, and my hair was falling out in fistfuls. So I went to get my long hair cut very short so it wouldn't be so obvious and distressing. My hairdresser was Ashley, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more thoughtful and considerate of my situation. She gave me a beautiful haircut and a warm hug afterward. Thank you Ashley
