I took my mother there and the girls were absolutely fantastic taking care of her. Best experience I have ever had taking her to a hair appointment. Also had a red streak put in my hair as well. Came out awesomely. I am very happy with the outcome.
I work in the Monroe location, and we have been through so many loops since I've been here. I haven't seen the worst of them, but I will say the manager, Ashley, is doing her best to make our team a great team. Despite other reviews. We have great stylists and want to do our best. Ashley is amazing with her guests, treats them with respect, and gives her honest professional opinion.
