Unfortunately I have had two very bad experiences with this salon. One was with Jen and the other incident was with Kelsey! This salon has had some very good stylists who left awhile ago, so I was forced to find another one to try to get a decent haircut. These two stylists are inconsistent and do not listen. They will butcher your hair, and think that they are doing you a favor. For them it's all about speed and getting the customer out.
