Cost cutters advertise Watkins welcome! I just went there now to get a haircut. Nobody was in there except for one person at the desk and a beautician sweeping the floor. I asked for a haircut. They told me they were booked until Monday. I could not believe that they turned down business.
Victoria is my favorite stylist at this location! She’s fast, efficient and knows what I want every time. She’s very personable and won’t let you leave unsatisfied!
I had highlights scheduled with Victoria. She didn’t offer any consultation, we never discussed colors or shades. I am a light brown. I had a cut as well. I was in and out in exactly an hour. The next day I didn’t see much ‘interest or highlights’ in my hair. Nor did anyone else. So I called her and i was very polite. She said she didn’t go any lighter because my hair is so fine.
