RecommendedI absolutely love my cut and color I had done today! Hannah did a fantastic job with my color, cut and style, she took her time and was very thorough. Will be back again in 6 weeks to cover grays.
Asked for a scissor cut leaving it long enough to go 2 1/2 times around a 1 inch curling iron. Ended up with hair sooo short I can’t even wrap it a half time around a 1/2 inch curling iron. And the back is cut so short I feel bald. Any the bangs aren’t even cut straight. I have a wedding in 5 weeks and will have to purchase a short wig. I took my daughter in here yesterday. We won't be back. Her hair didn't turn out HORRIBLE, though she thought so. The stylist could have done a better job. I should have asked her did she have enough pink for my daughter's hair before she started. I didn't stay around because my daughter's 19. My son with autism was refused a haircut because the stylist said she didn’t feel comfortable. She was worried he would get angry. I tried to explain that he does not enjoy haircuts but is not ever violent. She didn’t want to hear it and that was it. My son did not get up right away because he knew I wanted him to have a haircut. The stylist said her manager just left to get security. Craziness! I had an 11 am appointment the stylist gets done with a customer he has been working on do 1&1:2 hours. He asked me if he could help me. I said I’m your 11 appt he says well you’ll have to wait I’m taking a break. He walks out he comes back later cleans his area gets on his phone. It’s now 11:20 and I’m upset. Just walked out went to another hair dresser. Will never go to Cost Cutters again
I've never had a problem with any of the women who have done my hair but this time I didn't get the bright red I asked for and don't really like it as much it's to much of an orange red to where I was looking for a stop sign bright red
This is the second time I've got my hair trimmed there and both times I was very pleased.
