I changed my 5 star rating to a 1 due to a very poor experience at your establishment. My family and I have been loyal customers for 10 years and I have NEVER experienced staff as rude as those working tonight. The parking attendant was rude and unhelpful and when I called to speak with a manager, the person refused to let me talk to one. Needless to say, I left without my take out order.
