Good grief! Been looking through the recent reviews! Petty! We love Cossetta’s! We live 70 miles from St. Paul but will ALWAYS find a way to get to Cosetta’s when we make a trip to the Cities....consistently wonderful!
Should be ashamed of how you run your business- Seriously no kindness or compassion?
I had a very disappointing visit yesterday early afternoon with the manager. Very rude!! Never returning! My guest will never return and people I have talked to are very upset as well! I have ALS/Lou Gehrig disease it is terminal, I have to have a bottle of water with me at all times as I choke easily. I paid 28.00 for our 2 meals. My helper was holding 2 trays and NO one bothered to help her, this was at 11:15 a.m. so not busy at all. Food was great! Parking was ok.... we were at a meter across the street ($2.25 for an hour)..... Then we had to leave and pull into the “10 minute” parking to go into the bakery because the meter reached its hour limit... other then that it was great!
Evil company... treats people with medical issues with complete disrespect. DO NOT patronize this business... go elsewhere.
I loved it! The views are beautiful, the food was excellent! Plenty of seating. The dessert case was amazing. Truly a good time with family.
Great food, variety, service, and atmosphere! Today was Chicken Marsala and Manicotti! Friendly staff, always a favorite!
