I just went there because I love the food, but I also just had the best customer service. After getting the usual, I asked for a recommendation for my future visit. He not only explained what it was but also gave a small sample of his favorite 3 items. I pretty sure my wallet will be alot thinner next time since they all were so good.
Had a terrible experience at Cossetta's tonight. After I left a work event with dinner leftovers in hand, a friend and I decided to stop in for a dessert. The young girl at the dessert counter was so lovely and helpful - the man working with her was the complete opposite. As I paid for a cupcake, he stared at my leftover pizza box like it was the devil. We sat down and ate in the shop - the desserts were incredible!
