Your food is great but the thought of how poorly ran and busy your store is gives me an anxiety attack to even consider waiting in that slow pointless line. Furthermore your staff and parking attendants are extremely rude. If I'm grabbing a slice of pizza I shouldn't have to wait 30 mins in line for that. Definitely the reason I stop visiting your restaurant and why you are losing business. Try rethinking how to minimize the wait in the line and the traffic flow of your customers...work smarter not harder.

I had the olive pizza and it was very good. The pizza slice was very large. It was very crowded at lunch time however there was plenty of seating. The bakery and market had a large selection of items that has enticed me to return again. Parking was ample in private lot behind the building. Great experience and hope to return again very soon!
EVERYTHING is sooooo good!! The portions are large, the atmosphere is friendly, and the selection of foods is mind-blowing!
It was amazing, worth the long line!!! I now know why you park and walk to the restaurant. Did I say delicious, just the best!!
It was a great meal, enjoyed food, looking at all the goodies. Have to admit anytime I am with family, it is good experience.

I am Irish American who was raised up in upstate N.Y. My mother became friends with an Italian American woman who's mother was from Italy and could starve a block with her cooking. When I was introduced to Cossetta's by my girlfriend, I felt as though I was back home. As long as I reside in the Twin Cities; I will never eat Italian food any where else but Cossetta's.
