Favorite place in St Paul
Absolutely the best Italian restaurant in the upper Midwest. Absolutely enjoy the atmosphere, the food, and the service. The only better Italian restaurant is probably somewhere in southern Italy. I have not found it yet.
My mother sister and I had the worse experience today. First the staff is not friendly or nice at all. There were three people making salads and yet it took over 15 minutes to get our salads. The manager was yelling the whole time to move forward in the line if you didn’t want a salad. When I finally got a chance to order my salad the person told me because I didn’t want the dressing that came with the salad it would be an up-charge and they refused to toss my salad. I used to love going to this place as a child, and I know in today's world most just want what they get and go .But how about a smile . They are always RUDE. Wish the manager's would do better training
We had a dinner in Louise Restaurant and Bar.The booth we get was very nice and private as we requested when booked.The ladies who greeted us at the front door were attentive and welcoming.Bruscheta was awesome! The disappointment came with the main pasta meals which were too salty.No manners service was unpleasant surprise.First,ladies first is a golden rule of all good restaurants.Please,remember that.When there is a couple being served,the question about food is addressed to both.One of us said that the meal is too salty.... read more
