I have had two children in braces and have been very pleased with the doctors and other staff at Cosse & Silmon. When we relocated to this area, I was told to by our previous orthodontist to pay the entire cost over again because we were changing providers. Cosse & Silmon worked with us and gave us a very fair plan to transition my sons care. They have identified potential issues that would cause longer term dental problems, and have always been willing to answer any questions I have. Its a very busy practice, but my kids ha... read more

Ok, In response to the other reviews... I am a former patient and employee of Cosse & Silmon Ortho & the rubberbands recommendations are very standard. I know how it feels to also be a patient who wore her RBs religiously & still have braces on for 3+ years. The problem is that everyones body reacts differently. There is also the possibility of teeth being ankylosed which means they are fused to the bone which causes them to be unable to move so you have to move the other teeth to fit them in a sense. WORST ORTHODONTICS EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER !!!! i got my braces on in 2nd or 3rd grade and im almost in highschool and i still have them.. every time i go they just tell me to keep wearing my rubberbands and i always do. so im like in tears every time i leave that place ! so braces have pretty much ruined my life.

THIS IS THE WORST ORTHODONTIST OFFICE AND TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED (after seeing 3 others due to moving while in the Air Force). After about 2.5 years, and thousands of my own money, plus thousands in insurance money, and numerous hours of missed work, my teeth are virtually the same as they were when I started, and my main concern with my bite is not fixed.
