cosper apts is known as shalom apts now. the landlord is a korean lady and allk she will do is take your money ripp you off some more and as well as change her rules differently with every tenant. If you have something broken or wrong with the apartment it will be weeks or even months before it gets fixed. There are roaches EVERYWHERE.
