Horrible business practice. Very unprofessional. I dealt with Jake Maiorino particularly in which a lease application was requested and submitted same day. Several attempts to contact him within a three week window since application was submitted, without any response back. Neither through, phone call, text nor email received. Just today I received notification from a third party in regards to my application status. This is very unprofessional and lacking good business practice. BEWARE!!!
