I had injured my left big toe..swollen, hurt, black and blue..thought might be broken I went Sunday morning at 11;30 Convenient location on Whitney Avenue, I hobbled in. gave insurance information as senior citizen on Medicare. Friendly helpful reptionist, waited about 10 minutes, xray technician took Xray and also professional, supportive Happily no breaks in bone. Then saw the PA . Very great experience. From the receptionist to the x ray tech to the PA. I highly recommend this walk in.
Took my son last night for an X-Ray at 7:50 pm (they close at 8pm) after his football game, and CT Ortho got him in right away with no hesitation. Very happy with the service, and not having to make the trip to the ER.
Had a long history with this group but completely disappointed and frustrated with the recent span of appointments. We've decided we won't be going back to them in the future. Update as of March 28: I had a multi level posterior cervical foraminotomy at Wooridul Spine Hospital in Seoul, South Korea last week. The two doctors I saw at CT Ortho did not listen to me. Wish there were 0 stars. Took me in for x ray which I didn’t need because I know nothing is broken. X ray confirmed and whoever I spoke to told me all they do here is triage. Do not go here expecting treatment. Total waste of time and money.
