I’m not normally one to write reviews but after having a hard time with cosmoprof at different locations with my account and through customer service, this stores staff is nothing short of amazing, the manager and her associate may have caught my wrath at first when my account came up flagged (for which i apologized) and they sat with me while i spoke with customer service and got the issue resolved and i genuinely left the store in a great mood despite the issue with my account, the manager and her associate ( i wish i got ... read more
Love my Cosmoprof... all the girls are so sweet in there...always have usually everything I'm looking for...other than Redken that's about it
This is where I used to get all my supplies prior to moving to Florida. This is also where I continue to shop for myself to keep my hair healthy since closing my salon! Staff is always very kind and helpful! Store is always well stocked.
I have been coming to this store many times and usually meet very kind and helpful employees. However, during my recent visit, I had an unpleasant experience with a young employee with colored hair. Her attitude was not very friendly, which made me feel quite disappointed. I understand the policy about showing a license, but I didn’t have it with me at the time and my house is very far away.
