I have been coming to this store many times and usually meet very kind and helpful employees. However, during my recent visit, I had an unpleasant experience with a young employee with colored hair. Her attitude was not very friendly, which made me feel quite disappointed. I understand the policy about showing a license, but I didn’t have it with me at the time and my house is very far away. By far the best cosmoprof supply store in town. The owner is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping you find exactly what you need. She even brings up sales to help save $ on what you’re getting! The store is always well-run and organized — such a great experience every time I come in. I always see the same women running the place, good work and thank you!
