Up to Jan 2026 I would say that customer service was good but as a person in customer service and dealing with. Ppl we were on a mindset that ppl are going to be difficult but be nice !!!! in this situation I had to return products .....walked in and not a good day on customer service level ....no others were in store .... the person who checked things out for return said we can't find this product on your account if you bought here so we will give you a gift card but not a money refund....I found out I have 3 accounts ?????... read more
The customer service in this store lately has been really really crappy. I'm a very friendly person.....but these ladies need to take some classes or get retraining done?! Only a hi. No can I help u ...ever. or thank you or have a good day.. every single time. Also you need to get more products for Estheticians please! Always lacking forsure! Hard to find products therefore if I can't find it I'm searching elsewhere which sucks and takes $ away from here.
